RETAINED SEARCH

Highly customized and consultative, a Retained Search requires a true, in-depth, partnership with our client. A retained engagement also requires search exclusivity on a paid retainer basis. Gossamer’s Executive Search Consultants fully vet the long list of high caliber candidates and present to you a short list of the most qualified candidates. And the results are guaranteed.

Retained Executive Search is appropriate when:

  • Annual compensation for the position is typically above $150,000
  • The hiring organization wants to approach prospective candidates on a confidential basis
