The fee structure is divided into three stages: the first third is paid to initiate the search, the second third is paid at the midpoint of the process, and the final third is due when the selected candidate commences employment.

There are no upfront fees; all fees are paid to Gossamer Search and Consulting based on the candidate’s start date.
